Jillian Burke is the founder and principal designer of Jillian Burke Design, based in the heart of Newport, RI. Her love for interior design and architecture started early, inspiring her to pursue architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Though fate led her to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Jillian’s passion for design remained unwavering. She followed her true calling by earning a certificate in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design in 2012.

With six years of hands-on experience as a design associate with prominent Rhode Island design firms, Jillian honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of how to craft functional, beautiful spaces that reflect her clients’ unique needs and personalities. In 2020, she took the leap and founded Jillian Burke Design, with the mission of creating vibrant, livable interiors that are as exciting as they are practical.

Jillian’s diverse background in engineering, architecture, and design allows her to approach each project with a unique perspective. By partnering with a vast network of top-tier vendors, she ensures that every space is outfitted with the finest materials and finishes, creating a design that’s truly one-of-a-kind.
